On Saturday, March 30, 2019, Watkins College of Art presented the third edition of Glimpse, the newest must-attend event on Nashville’s social calendar, which introduces art lovers and the art-curious to up-and-coming talents.
Glimpse artists are chosen prior to the event and their identities and curated works are unveiled and for sale during the one-night-only affair.
The 2019 Glimpse artists were: Sarah Faith Taylor, Lauren Hood, Mary Gwyn Bowen, Natalie Briscoe, Lauren Rosenblum, Brady Haston, Jodi Hays, Maria Mancini, Karen Matkosky, Alison Miyauchi, Miranda Singleton, Leslie Valenzuela, Dan Brawner, and Huy Nguyen.
Guests enjoyed small plates, cocktails, interactive installations, funky art games, and a silent auction.
