On Wednesday, July 31, BentoLiving, a mixed-use community development opening late 2019 in Chestnut Hill, celebrated the launch of B1281, a unique Hawaiian-style bar and eatery.
The launch event gave guests a "First Tropical Taste" of its specialty food and cocktails, including Huli Huli chicken, poké bowls, and craft Hawaiian cocktails, as well as live entertainment, interviews with BentoLiving executives, and more.

B1281 is born from the nostalgia of a classic surf club that brings a taste of Hawaii to Nashville. The outdoor space casually combines fun and food in a tropical laid-back atmosphere. Located in the Chestnut Hill community, B1281 features a patio bar and food truck serving Hawaiian cuisine and cocktails with a modern flare, a fully equipped outdoor stage for live entertainment, and one-of-a-kind murals.
B1281 is centered around the idea of "Ohana," the Hawaiian term for "family," to authentically connect people to one another.
