On Wednesday, September 11, guests gathered to kick-off the celebration of 30 years of the Antiques & Garden Show of Nashville, which will take place at Music City Center on January 31-February 2, 2020.
This year's event was hosted by the Caldwell family at their beautiful, 100-year-old historic home, Cliff Lawn, in Belle Meade. The soirée featured bites by d.Kates Catering, florals by Mary Spotswood Underwood, founder of à la Bonne Femme, and a display of jewelry by MISH New York.
The 2020 Show's chairs, Ashley Levi and Louise Bryan, greeted guests and presented the Show's lecture line-up, including a keynote that explores the restoration odyssey of Ireland’s Ballyfin Demesne, an 1820’s Regency manor house situated on 614 acres in the Irish Midlands.
Nina Campbell will moderate the conversation among American businessman and art collector Fred Krehbiel, Irish Master Gardener Jim Reynolds and English Interior Designer Colin Orchard. This year’s program features once-in-a-lifetime discussions that highlight the show’s theme, “Legacy” from both local and international voices.
