Brought to you by chef Bryan Lee Weaver and restaurateur Michael Shemtov of Butcher & Bee, Redheaded Stranger draws upon traditional Southwestern dishes with a focus on breakfast and lunch fare (dinner service will be added in the coming months) available for both dine-in and to-go. The restaurant also boasts a full bar and locally roasted coffee from Stay Golden so regardless if you prefer your tacos with coffee or margaritas, they've got you covered.

On the menu you'll find an array of delectable tacos all served on house-made tortillas ranging from chopped brisket and egg, barbacoa and black beans, tater tot and jalapeño crema, and many more. The celebrated whipped feta from Butcher & Bee even makes an appearance in a taco with poblanos, crispy rice and chef Weaver's original Dreamweaver hot sauce.

Redheaded Stranger will be open Monday-Friday, 8am to 3pm with weekend hours to come in the near future.
