Pie Town Tacos, a fast-casual taco shop by husband and wife duo Jason and Lea Crockarell, has announced a July 28 opening date.
Located in the former Hot Diggity Dogs space in Nashville's Pie Town neighborhood, Pie Town Tacos will offer traditional street tacos in addition to Nashville hot tacos made with a house spice blend. The menu will also include an array of taco bowls, fresh salsas, house-made sopapillas, and of course—queso. Various vegetarian options will also be available including Nashville hot cauliflower tacos, tofu chorizo bowls, and sides like black beans, cotija potatoes, and green rice.

Once open, Pie Town Tacos will operate Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., initially offering only takeout and delivery. The restaurant's food truck will be conveniently parked right outside for takeout orders which are available for both walk-up and online pre-ordering. Delivery is available through Grubhub and Postmates.
Dine-in service will become available in the future and will offer seating for up to 20 guests inside and an additional 12 outside on the patio. In addition to its takeout, delivery, and forthcoming dine-in offerings, the taco shop will also offer full catering services including the Pie Town Taco Truck, which will be available to rent for both public and private events.
With over 25 years' experience and a successful catering company under their belts, Jason and Lea Crockarell are no strangers to the Nashville hospitality industry. Pie Town Tacos is a passion project for the duo and they look forward to serving delicious tacos to Nashville's Pie Town neighborhood and beyond.
