To celebrate its 110th anniversary on Monday, October 26, Martini & Rossi Bianco Vermouth– an award-winning fortified wine that debuted in 1910–is bringing together 110 of the world's top bartenders to create specialty cocktails using the Italian spirit staple.
Of those 110 bartenders, Nashville's own Will Benedetto from The Fox Bar and Cocktail Club has been tapped to put his own unique spin on a traditional vermouth cocktail in order to showcase Martini & Rossi Bianco’s distinct flavor.
Benedetto's St. Agatha cocktail features apple cider vinegar and orange zest, and finds depth of flavor and texture through its simplicity. A tribute to St. Agatha’s Sicilian home, the fragrant orange zest and rich acidity of the apple cider vinegar complement the subtle notes of herbs citrus fruit that define the Martini & Rossi Bianco vermouth.

St. Agatha

Ingredients:
- 45 ml MARTINI Bianco
- 45 ml MARTINI Prosecco
- 3 ml apple cider vinegar
- 2 drops of saline
- Orange zest
- Chrysanthemum garnish
Directions:
- Stir MARTINI Bianco, apple cider vinegar, and saline on ice and strain into chilled glass
- Top with MARTINI Prosecco
- Garnish with chrysanthemum and express the oils of an orange peel over top of the cocktail (then discard).
