Fast-casual restaurant Greenery Co. has officially opened its doors in the bustling Hillsboro Village neighborhood.
Founded by sisters and co-owners Caroline Gaston and Whitney Abblitt, Greenery Co. will offer quick, no-fuss healthy meals to the Hillsboro Village neighborhood and beyond. The sisters, both Vanderbilt University graduates who are passionate about the Nashville culinary scene, are committed to offering diners a nutritious, tasty, and accessible option that can be enjoyed either on the go or in a warm and inviting environment.

In addition to its dine-in and takeout offerings, Greenery Co. will also offer free delivery to designated drop sites within Vanderbilt University Medical Center for area medical professionals.
“We are excited to bring fresh, delicious, and balanced food to Hillsboro Village and those in Nashville,” says Gaston. “We want to take care of our neighbors and contribute in a way that allows those working at the hospital to easily access and enjoy meals that are nourishing and satisfying."

The Greenery Co. menu, developed by culinary consultant Chef Barclay Stratton, features a thoughtful selection of nutritious and locally-sourced salads, bowls, and snacks, as well as a variety of nonalcoholic drinks. Standout menu items include the Music City Med Bowl, the Tennessee Thai Salad, the Greenery Chopped Salad, and The Southern Cobb Salad. Guests will also have the option to create their own salad by choosing up to two bases, four toppings, two dressings, and an array of other options.
