Fable Lounge, a new speakeasy and cocktail bar, will open its doors in Nashville's West End neighborhood on Saturday, January 18, promising a distinguished new experience unlike any other offerings in the area.
With a revitalized approach to modern day hospitality, Fable Lounge pays homage to the storied past of when speakeasies first became part of American culture in the late 19th century.
Designed by co-owners Ben Powell and John Dibble, the space features two large floors with a mezzanine and upstairs patio. Every area within Fable Lounge, from the expansive piano lounge and luxurious booths to the covered outdoor patio cigar lounge, is designed to amplify the guest experience. Located in a historic building with a modern addition, the space itself has a storied past with a contemporary touch.
With an extensive beverage selection that's sure to excite any cocktail enthusiast, the menu will offer everything from libations crafted with seasonal ingredients to unique takes on quintessential classics. The talented team behind the bar will be serving up many local spirits, twists on favorites, Tennessee-local brews, and more.
To complement the beverages, the thoughtfully designed food menu features modern American comfort food with a fine dining twist and consists of shareable plates, entrees, and desserts.
From its opening date until February, Fable Lounge will be donating a percentage of small plate sales to The Nashville Food Project.
