Banquet of Hoshena

Nashville-based creative agency, Go West Creative has partnered with acclaimed Nashville restaurant, The Chef & I, for the U.S. premiere of the latest 3D dining experience, Banquet of Hoshena which will begin its limited run on Thursday, August 1 through Sunday, September 29.

This fully immersive and interactive dining experience takes guests on a magical culinary journey to the imaginary land of Hoshena where flavors and emotions are intrinsically linked as Kings, Queens, fairies and more come to life on the table.
Nashville will once again be the first city in the United States to experience the newest production of this pop-up dinner theater phenomenon that has taken Europe, Dubai and China by storm, captivating audiences and media worldwide.
Diners will be escorted to an intimate private dining room at The Chef & I where they will enjoy this one-of-a-kind dining experience.

As the dinner begins and lights dim, the evening’s story unfolds, introducing the tale of the Kingdom Hoshena. The Queen tells guests of a once-green and luscious kingdom that has now succumbed to anger, sadness and fear, leading to the loss of love, happiness and courage, leaving the land bare, dark and empty.
Using cutting-edge 3D visual technology, image mapping, experiential props and effective storytelling through flavors, ingredients, sights, sounds, and tastes, this latest dining production immerses guests in the journey to restore the Kingdom of Hoshena to its former glory.

The show’s incredible five-course menu allows Executive Chef Chris Rains (The Chef & I) to take guests along the unique, culinary journey of emotions, with each dish representing an emotion that seamlessly corresponds with the storyline.
Guests can expect a variety of unique dishes courtesy of Chef Chris ranging from Duck Confit and Elk Taquitos to Chilean Sea Bass (a vegetarian menu is also available).
