What accomplishment are you most proud of?
Helping launch a church plant here in Nashville called Trove Heights.
What is your secret to looking and feeling great?
I have recently really started to invest in myself as a whole— inside and out. I eat clean and work out several times a week doing Pilates at Studio Pilates and with a trainer I love, Vanessa Edwards. My sister is also a medical aesthetician at Gilpin Facial Plastics, so I am there a lot for facials. She had me starting on skincare at a very young age, so I keep up with that too.
How do you define beauty?
Beauty is knowing you were created as God’s masterpiece and treating yourself and others like the masterpiece they are.
