How do you define beauty?
Beauty to me is a person who truly knows who they are, honestly loves themself in entirety including all of their imperfections, always stands up for what they believe is right no matter what anyone else says or thinks about them, and treats all people with the complete graciousness, patience, and understanding they would the most important person in their life.

What would surprise people about you?
That I am not a picky eater. People assume that since I’m a chef I will only eat a certain caliber of food. This couldn’t be further from the truth. I absolutely love a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. A bowl of Honey Nut Cheerios always makes me smile. Fried bologna on cheap white bread with mayo (Duke’s is the king) and pickles will forever bring song to my heart and soul.
