Prior to my career in broadcasting, I was a certified EMT (Emergency Medical Technician). That, and I spent time in a boy band back in the day. True story!
Who has had the greatest influence on your life?
My dad. I’m very fortunate to have someone like him in my life. His countless lessons that he implemented in my life have made a great impact and I always do my best to make him proud.
What is your secret to looking and feeling great?
I’m a firm believer in “own your morning, elevate your life.” Therefore, I have a strict morning routine where I meditate, journal, and exercise daily without question. This ritual instantly improved my life and I’m very grateful for that.
