WHAT IS YOUR SELF-CARE ROUTINE?
Daily, I like to start with a run or a swim, which clears my head. I do some of my best thinking when alone in the water or on the many trails in my neighborhood. Because I don’t like to diet, it does help me control my weight. However, the greatest gift I get from this daily routine is clarity and stress relief. Because it’s a short distance from my office, periodically I’ll take a quiet and peaceful escape to PROSE Nails 12South. It’s the nicest way to end the workday.
WHAT IS YOUR DEFINITION OF BEAUTY?
Beauty, to me, radiates from anyone who is confident and happy with who they are and can cherish each of the blessings in their life. Self- assured, not mean-spirited. Giving, not always taking. Being there for others. My beauty comes from having a loving family, dear friends, and those who have supported me through my life’s journeys.
