WHAT ACCOMPLISHMENT ARE YOU MOST PROUD OF?
Being the first woman ever hired into this role here in Nashville for Brown- Forman. It is an honor and a huge responsibility to be a changemaker. In fact, through the pandemic and beyond, I was able to grow the On- Premise market for the Brown- Forman portfolio, taking us to the top growth market for our sector in the United States and Canada. It feels empowering to be entrusted with our unique and growing market. On a personal level, I would have to say that dedicating myself to honoring the differences in people and using the influence I do have to move the needle forward for human rights and equality is my life’s focus. Both in my personal life and in the role I play with Brown-Forman/ Trade Industry, I have been a part of a change that still gives me goosebumps.
WHAT IS YOUR DEFINITION OF BEAUTY?
Beauty to me is authenticity. I love the differences in us all, and I feel that those differences make us all uniquely beautiful. When you are able to see yourself truly, you are better able to see those around you with empathy, tolerance, and kindness. The differences become wonderful.
