The Family and Children's Service has been helping Nashville-area families in need since 1943. This important community-service nonprofit hosts a winter fundraiser each year to assist the organization in raising money to provide its services. This annual fundraiser is called Winter Lights.
Winter Lights an evening of cocktails, dinner, and dancing. In addition to all the fun, the Family and Children's Service recognized several civic leaders for their contributions to families and children welfareas well as their dedication and service to the nonprofit organization. This year's recipients were Betty and Marty Dickens and Sarah Ann Ezzell. Proceeds from the event provide critical funds for operations and programs.
