Over 600 guests attended River Swing 2017 presented by Nissan to benefit the Harpeth Conservancy. Co-Chairs Christian and Kathryn Currey, with co-chairs and hosts, Agneta and Brownlee Currey, were honored to have the event at their home, River Circle Farm, alongside the banks of the scenic Harpeth River.
Guests enjoyed hors d'oeuvres and dinner from Whole Foods, beverages from Lipman Brothers (including the featured Strawberry Swing cocktail), dancing to Higher Ground, a silent auction and fun photo booth complete with 'river” props like an otter and lifejackets. At the event, Nissan announced a $50,000 annual commitment bringing their 10 year support for the organization to over a half-million dollars. More than $200,000 was raised to provide and protect clean waters and healthy eco-systems for the Rivers of Tennessee.
