Singer songwriter Kelli Johnson performs on deck of Adele’s
Developers, team members, real estate and community leaders gathered at Adele’s to celebrate work on Gulch Union, a transformative mixed-use development in The Gulch.
Initial work is well on its way 1222 Demonbreun, Gulch Union’s first phase, a striking 20-story, 330,000 SF Class-AA office building with includes 6,000 SF of retail set to open in June 2020. Gulch Union is being developed by Austin-based Endeavor Real Estate Group and Dallas-based Granite Properties. 1222 Demonbreun is being marketed and leased by the Nashville office of Cushman & Wakefield.
The celebration at Adele’s featured a performance by singer songwriter Kelli Johnson, as well as a panel discussion featuring Jamil Alam of Endeavor Real Estate Group, John Robbins of Granite Properties, and Crews Johnston of Cushman & Wakefield.
