Family & Children's Service (FCS) hosted its 3rd Annual Biscuit Breakfast on Tuesday, August 27, at The Temple.
More than 240 people attended the invitation-only breakfast, which was free but guests were invited to make a donation. So far, the event has raised about $70,000 and donations are still coming in as attendees continue to send their donation checks.
One of the highlights of the event was honoring Ryan Chapman with the 2019 Luminary Award. Ryan Chapman grew Premier Parking into one of the largest parking providers in the country before purchasing Integrative Life Center (ILC) in 2018. ILC offers a full continuum of care for individuals suffering from trauma, eating disorders, and/or addiction.
Family & Children’s Service (FCS) serves all people in crisis and transition by meeting them where they are, understanding their needs, and connecting them to the resources they need. FCS often ‘fills in the gaps’ in social services, creating a safety net to ensure that all children and families can be safe and healthy.
