Make-A-Wish® Middle Tennessee's Stars for Wishes Gala, emceed by local wish kids, will take place on Saturday, January 18, at the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum. The evening will include a silent auction of covetable items, and a menu created by Chef Ryan McKeown of STK Nashville, and a special celebrity performance. And the whole thing benefits Make-A-Wish Middle Tennessee, which creates life-changing wishes for children with critical illnesses in 38 counties and has granted nearly 1,700 wishes since its founding in 2000.
“We see every day the incredible power that wishes have on wish kids and their families. And, right now, about 200 local children with critical illnesses are waiting for their own life-changing wishes,” said Beth Torres, President & CEO of Make- A-Wish Middle Tennessee.
“Wishes give children renewed hope and joy and offer families a special time together. That is why the support of Chef McKeown, our presenting sponsor, Crowe, and all of our attendees is so important and meaningful. We are grateful for their time, talents and contributions. We cannot wait for Stars for Wishes 2020.”
