Local Celebrity Summer Go-Tos

“I love Nashville this time of year... I spend a lot of time on the riverside trails down Shelby Bottoms Park. My favorite thing to do, though, is float down the Harpeth River in a canoe with a cooler. We go to Canoe Music City out in Kingston Springs every chance we get. It’s great way to unwind and get off the grid for a few hours. That’s my happy place. x93

Running has become a huge stress reliever for me—it allows time away from social media craziness to listen to music and just reflect. Watermelon or coconut dipped in chocolate are my favorite flavors! x93

“I love how distinct our seasons are in Nashville! When it starts to warm up in the springtime, the dogwood trees, cherry blossoms, and tulips in Centennial Park are breathtaking. It’s the perfect place to take my little Min Pin, Cinnamon, for a walk! I love hiking at Radnor Lake—it’s beautiful year-round, but it’s exceptional in the springtime when the trees all start blooming again. Plus, I love being able to sit outside at all my favorite restaurants and coffee shops again, like PM and Bongo Java. x93
