Established in 2010 in Napa Valley, Heritage Fire is an esteemed culinary event that celebrates pasture diversity and family farming.
Touring across the United States, the smokey sister event of Cochon555 is dedicated to the art, science, and technique of cooking sustainably-sourced or locally-produced ingredients like fruits and vegetables, beef, pork, fish, and fowl prepared by the top chefs in the country.
Heritage Fire is an event that demonstrates several unique cooking methods and offers a culinary experience for every palate. In addition to one-of-a-kind culinary creations, Heritage Fire will feature free-flowing wine, cocktails, and craft beer. All tickets are all-inclusive of unlimited curated dishes, beverage pairings, live entertainment, and more!
On June 26, attendees can look forward to an array of Nashville’s top chefs serving up delicious bites. Participating chefs include Julio Hernández of Maiz DLV, Christopher Ayala of Ellington’s Restaurant, RJ Cooper of Saint Stephen, Brian Lea and Leina Horii of Kisser, Pepe Camero of Mijo Gordito, Clinton Spruill of Josephine’s Jams, and many more. VIP Early Access: $150
Celebrate early with the VIP experience – an extra forty-five minutes to get up close with the chefs, winemakers, and farmers who make it all happen. Chefs will serve one special dish to entice VIP palates, while professional bartenders and sommeliers will bring their best game forward with specialty cocktails and reserve wines. 5–8 p.m.
General Admission: $99
Feast on responsibly-raised heritage breed animals, a perfect setting of ethically sourced food, and a variety of beverages from local craft breweries, distilleries, and wineries. 5:45–8 p.m.
