Budweiser and their Clydesdales are traveling across the country this summer, bringing the mission of Folds of Honor—a nonprofit that provides first responders’ and fallen or disabled U.S. service members’ families with scholarships—to communities around the country.
Nashville is one of the first stops on the cross-country tour. Here's the Music City schedule:
- May 30: 3 p.m.; Kroger,123 Northcreek Blvd., Goodlettsville
- June 1 and 2: 11 a.m.; Nashville Zoo, 3777 Nolensville Pk., Nashville (The Clydesdales will appear at the Zoo’s Festival Field)
- June 3: 3:30 p.m.; Rock ‘N Jock Celebrity Softball Game at First Horizon Park, 19 Jr. Gilliam Way, Nashville
On the June 3 Celebrity Softball Game stop, the Budweiser Clydesdales will participate in a pre-game parade.
Folds of Honor has given more than 400 scholarships to Tennessee residents. Consumers twenty-one and older can contribute to the Folds of Honor mission by purchasing limited-edition, Budweiser patriotic packaging. Whether consumers are cheering on their favorite team in a stadium or picking up the brews at their local retailer, Budweiser will donate a portion of proceeds from the patriotic packaging sales between Memorial Day and Labor Day to Folds of Honor.
