Founded by Terry Raley and Cees Brinkman, the Holland House Bar & Refuge has cultivated a national reputation. Chef Kristin Beringson puts a number of local suppliers on his menu, like Emerald Glen Farms, Willow Farms, Smiley's Farm and several more. Behind the bar, cocktail wizards are doing the same with fresh ingredients in the glass. Though the menu changes frequently, we're fans of the risotto, which might be leaden with artichoke heart pesto, roasted tomato, elderflower, and chevre.
