After studying at the French Culinary Institute, Chef Jamie Watson brings French cuisine to the Nashville at Cafe Fundamental. The menu includes bistro favorites like steak frites and pan-seared duck breast and sausage. Watson's famous stacked salad with lettuce, tomato, bacon, egg, and house-made buttermilk dressing is also a popular lighter choice. Saturday and Sunday brunch offers pastries from the in-house bakery and specialty omelet dishes, while Tuesday's 'Bonne Nuit” menu has discounted small plates perfect for building a full meal or sharing with the rest of your party.
