The city's first raw vegan restaurant quickly became a hot spotdespite it's lack of heat in the kitchen. The kitchen coaxes big flavors out of raw ingredients with dishes like lasagna, which is layer upon layer of fresh ingredients spread with cashew hempseed ricotta, and the Pad Thai (a tangle of kelp, daikon, and zucchini noodles). The space itself is something to enjoy, toobookended by two recycled shipping containers, the dining room features a living plant wall behind the bar and floor-to-ceiling windows.
