In a press release on Thursday, September 10, master developer of the Gulch neighborhood, MarketStreet Enterprises announced the opening of Noble Park, the Gulch's first pocket park.
Located in the heart of the neighborhood at 11th Avenue South, Noble Park will provide a serene open space for residents, workers, and visitors to step away, relax, and recharge. The 10,000 square foot park features two oversized water walls, a large central lawn wrapped with bench seating, and an elevated wooden boardwalk with lush landscaping.
“Since our first masterplan, we reserved the center of the Gulch for a vibrant outdoor space. We are thrilled that Noble Park is bringing this vision to life,” said MarketStreet Managing Director Jay Turner. “We have always placed a premium on green space and continue to prioritize community and connectivity.”
Noble Park will also serve as a new location for programmed community events in addition to the Gulch Night Markets, and seasonal pop-ups in Grace's Alley. To celebrate the park's official opening, a socially-distanced drop by event featuring complimentary pastries from Killebrew and live music will occur on Saturday, September 12th from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
