The Food Hall Co. has announced the name of their new dining and entertainment space that will be part of the highly anticipated Fifth + Broad project coming to downtown Nashville.
Assembly Food Hall, which is named for the Southern tradition and culture in Nashville, will bring together both locals and tourists alike to experience some of the best culinary talent Music City has to offer.
In addition to the name, The Food Hall Co. has also announced their next wave of restaurant partners which will include DeSano Pizzeria, Zulema's Taqueria, and NoBaked Cookie Dough. These local favorites will join the ranks of an already all-star lineup of chefs, restauranteurs, and entrepreneurs. Previously announced restaurants have included Prince's Hot Chicken, The Pharmacy Burger, The Donut + Dog, Edley's Bar-B-Que, and Hattie Jane's Creamery.
