Authenticity meets glamour at one of the newest and most eagerly awaited hotels in town, Hotel Fraye Nashville.
Recently opened in Midtown, Hotel Fraye’s opening marks Curio Collection by Hilton’s brand debut in Nashville, offering locals and visitors alike an all-encompassing taste of everything there is to love about Music City.
“Hotel Fraye not only marks the brand’s debut in Nashville, but also Hilton’s first lifestyle hotel in the city, and we are excited to see the continued growth of this one-of-a-kind collection,” says Jenna Hackett, global brand head of Canopy by Hilton and Curio & Tapestry Collections by Hilton.
Located on Midtown’s strip of Broadway, Hotel Fraye Nashville captures all the buzz of the neighborhood it calls home through exquisite design and an expansive selection of offerings and amenities. The 200-room hotel strikes a balance of pioneering grit and timeless glamour. Designed by R2L and constructed by J.E. Dunn Construction Group, the hotel’s interior was tailored by the award-winning EoA Group and pays homage to Nashville’s rich history, culture, and vibrant spirit.
Guest rooms blend industrial elements like concrete ceilings, exposed brick, and minimalist metal furnishings with luxe modern touches including automatic sensory lighting and impeccably curated furniture pieces. Bold patterns, eccentric compositions, and intricate marble accents are also apparent throughout the hotel, along with an underlying theme alluding to a woman’s journey to carve her own path as a vanguard in Music City, which is brought to life through subtle, tasteful details. One of those details is stunning artwork displayed throughout the hotel that reflects a woman’s journey. Graffiti murals, editorial-style photography, and abstract art are among the variety of pieces displayed throughout the hotel and guest rooms that bring a unique sense of character to each space. In addition, glamorous chandeliers along with eccentric light fixtures that vary from room to room add a touch of sparkle to light up every stay.
Hotel Fraye Nashville also offers guests exceptional restaurant and bar concepts, including Eddie Ate Dynamite (EAD), a posh rooftop bar and lounge, and Gathre, which serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. In an effort to serve up an authentic taste of Music City, Executive Chef Tony Fraske partnered with regional farmers to provide a Tennessee to table approach throughout the menus. Eddie Ate Dynamite – a name which nods to the first three letters of EADGBE, the mnemonic for tuning a guitar – features indoor and outdoor seating along with live music seven days a week. At this sophisticated rooftop hang, guests can sip creative cocktails and enjoy tasty light bites set against a backdrop of stunning skyline views.

Or head to the hotel’s signature ground-floor restaurant, Gathre, for a twist on modern American fare. Here, equestrian culture takes center stage in the detailed design of the restaurant’s interior. Oversized bronze antler sculptures hang boldly above the bar, and stunning rope-light chandeliers and horse head iron door knockers add a sense of whimsical elegance to the dining spaces.
Hotel Fraye Nashville’s Pool Deck, available exclusively to hotel guests and residents of the adjoining residential building, Fallyn Apartments, provides a serene escape to sip and snack while soaking up the sun. Enjoy poolside dining and drinking or opt to reserve a swanky cabana for more extensive catering services. Guests can also work up a sweat during their stay at the hotel’s spacious fitness center featuring the latest Peloton technology and a yoga studio. Additionally, the hotel features nearly 6,000 square feet of event space spanning four rooms on the seventh floor. One of those spaces is a gorgeous 3,000 square foot ballroom complete with state-of- the-art technology, breathtaking floor-to-ceiling windows, and charming décor. The space can accommodate up to 275 people and is designed for all of life’s greatest occasions—from business meetings to big celebrations.
At Hotel Fraye, the goal is to enable and encourage guests to create their own great Nashville story with every stay. Whether it’s embracing Southern flavors at the restaurant and bar, soaking up live music and city views from the rooftop, or getting the latest and greatest recommendations from the concierge during a stay in the heart of the action, Hotel Fraye is not only showcasing Nashville’s awe- inspiring landscape: it is becoming a part of it.
“Hotel Fraye is a celebration of all the elements that have propelled Nashville to a global stage. From its world-class dining to its artist community to its cool attitude, the best of the city is experienced here,” says General Manager Richard Rose. “Come as you are, and we’ll take care of the rest.”
