In a press release on Tuesday, December 14, it was announced that Game Terminal Super Arcade and Bar has officially opened its doors in South Nashville.
Located at 201 Terminal Court, the 18,000-square-foot entertainment complex is complete with over 200 arcade games and pinball machines. The gaming selection includes a mix of classic, rare, and hard-to-find games, as well as new releases. Visitors can expect to find classic games such as Defender, Tales of Arabian Knights, Donkey Kong, Ms. Pacman, and Galaga, as well as recent releases including Jurassic Park, Willy Wonka, and Black Knight pinballs.
A revolving selection of local restaurants such as Hattie B's, the Gambling Stick, and IL Forno will have food trucks onsite and provide food to Game Terminal guests. The space will also feature two oversized bar areas that will serve an array of seasonal cocktails, boilermakers, and local beers. Game enthusiasts can also gather around the bar to watch through a window as pinball machines are sold and worked on in the onsite pinball dealership, Music City Pinball.

In addition to the 10,000-square-foot indoor space, guests can also relax and enjoy food, beverages, and yard games in "The Backyard." The new 8,000-square-foot outdoor lounge is complete with ping-pong tables, shuffleboard, Connect Four, corn hole, and Jenga games.
“Opening Game Terminal is a lifelong dream of mine, and I’m thrilled to bring this unparalleled experience to the Nashville community,” said owner Patrick McKennon. “The opportunities to enjoy Game Terminal are endless, whether you are looking for museum-quality gaming or a place to eat, drink and get outside with your family and friends. I hope my new business brings some nostalgic joy to Nashvillians at time when we all need it the most.”

McKennon's space was designed with events in mind. A private gate adjacent to the business leads to a garden with a fountain, outdoor ping pong table, and fire pit area. The 4,000-square-foot basketball court is reserved for VIP guests and is perfect for impromptu games or can be converted to host a seated affair. The entire four-acre outdoor area is available to reserve and the indoor gaming space can also be bought-out for private gatherings.
Game Terminal is currently following all COVID-related safety precautions. All visitors and staff must have their temperatures taken at the door, masks are required anytime guests are away from their table or bar seat, and capacity is closely monitored and regulated in accordance with local guidelines.
