Germantown salon and spa, Poppy & Monroe has transformed their outdoor courtyard into a tranquil backyard oasis that's perfect for nature and beauty enthusiasts alike.
Starting Tuesday, September 8, guests will be able to experience the salon's full menu of eco-conscious nail services in one of their four outdoor garden stations. Each station (two pedicure and two manicure) will be set six feet apart in order to maintain proper social distancing.
“Our number one priority is making everyone who walks through our lilac door feel comfortable,” says Poppy & Monroe founder, Karen Kops. “We understand the anxieties people are facing regarding COVID, and we wanted to create a space where they could unwind without sacrificing safety or comfort. Our garden is the perfect place to social distance in wide open spaces, soak up a little vitamin D, breathe some fresh air and receive some well deserved pampering.”
In addition to providing services, the garden may also be used as a waiting area prior to appointments, a quiet retreat for staff to reboot during their workday, or a place for visitors to recharge when they are in the neighborhood. There will also be an opportunity to rent the intimate space for group services or private events.
