Carne Mare, in partnership with Uncle Nearest Distillery, is hosting an intimate four-course dinner during Tennessee Whiskey Week on Thursday, May 16 at 6:30 p.m. James Beard Award-Winning Chef Andrew Carmellini and Uncle Nearest’s Master Distiller Victoria Butler are teaming up to create an experiential dinner featuring whiskey expressions, including their newly released Black Label Single Barrel, paired with signature Italian-American dishes like Wagyu Beef Tartare, Mezzi Rigatoni and Filet Rossini.
