Celebrate the fifth anniversary of TAILOR with Vivek Surti and the TAILOR family at the Germantown restaurant Dec. 7-10 with a series of special dinners. Family is central at TAILOR, so on Thursday, Dec. 7, many will recognize the face leading the meal: Vivek's mom. Much of the inspiration behind each plate served started in her kitchen, so guests are in for a real treat as she guides the menu and conversation on night one of the celebrations. Then on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, Dec. 8-10, Vivek will treat guests to a showcase of the best dishes from the last five years, including items from the very first menu. Additionally, guests at the Friday evening seatings will enjoy tequila pairings from LALO Tequila, a spirit brand from the Jalisco Highlands in Mexico founded on family traditions.
