The Music City Hot Chicken Festival's 18th annual celebration of tastebud-titillating poultry and the people who love it is Thursday, July 4 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. in East Park, 700 Woodland St. This free event kicks off with a fire truck parade and features the best hot chicken, music, contests, and fun for the whole family.
The Music City Hot Chicken Festival supports Metro Parks and the development of public parks across Davidson County, as well as all the hot chicken establishments that have been an important part of building entrepreneurship in our city, as well as our uniquely Nashville pride, unity, and heritage.
