Gulch seafood hotspot, Marsh House, has announced a Bastille Day Wine Dinner planned for Thursday, July 11 at 6 p.m. The evening will be a celebration of French hospitality, where diners can expect a curated menu of cuisine inspired from the region—blended with Marsh House’s signature Southern flare and seafood expertise, and the complement of local fare sourced from Porter Road Butcher. Each course will be expertly paired with the highly sought-after wines from Champagne and the Loire Valley curated by JD Headrick.
The menu includes four courses, beginning with a feature from the Raw Bar and followed by courses of fish and beef, and finished with dessert. Alongside their meal, guests will taste through seven selections from JD Headrick, with a focus on sparkling per the occasion.
