Hana Eid wants to make music that feels like “the love letters you’re too afraid to send.” Blending direct lyricism with cinematic electric guitar soundscapes and all-encompassing percussion, her indie rock style is the perfect soundtrack to any of your coming of age moments.
Hana first picked up a guitar when she was 8-years-old and has since spent her adolescence crafting a confident and youthful sound that takes inspiration from the likes of Indigo de Souza, Lucy Dacus, and Big Thief. Now a 20-year-old living in Nashville, she spent the past year releasing her first batch of singles and playing 30+ live shows, ranging from basement gigs to sets at The Basement East & Eastside Bowl.
Hana will be releasing a series of singles leading into her debut EP “I Exist Because You Say So”, slated for February 23rd, 2024. The project is produced by close collaborator Tone Def (Briston Maroney, Gatlin, The Moss) & marks an exciting new era for her sound. Hana shares “I think loving people and making music are probably the most likely ways I can leave the world better than I found it,” and this unique sincerity is bound to carry her to the forefront of modern indie rock.
