Framework Fitness classes incorporate a workout class in addition to our typical hot and cold exposure workouts. This yoga class is led by Stephanie Overman, RYT, and occurs every Saturday at 9 am. Vinyasa yoga synchronizes movement with breath, building heat and mind/body awareness. Meditation and breathwork will be incorporated throughout the class as well as time for sauna and cold plunge. All levels are welcome! Please bring a yoga mat and desired props and be sure to wear or bring your swimsuit. Towels and sandals for the hot and cold as well as hydration will be provided.
$15 for a first-timer, $45 for a non-member drop-in and included with a Framework membership.
