Come Join the Family Friendly Fun!
First Steps, Inc. is hosting Run Walk Roll for All Abilities with two options to participate. The One Mile Walk with Fun Runs and Family Entertainment will be on Saturday, April 20, 2024, and a Virtual 5K option that can be completed between April 1-30, 2024.
“We are honored to serve families and young children with special needs, and wanted to create a family friendly event where children of all abilities could join the fun,” says Heather Higgins, First Steps’ Executive Director. “Parents, extended family members and kids of all ages can also participate to make it a community play date to remember!”
Details for One Mile Walk (with Fun Runs and Family Entertainment)
Cost: $25 for individuals, $35 for a family (up to 5), Ages 0-2 are free
Fun Runs: Ages 3-5, Ages 6-10, Ages 11-teens, Disney Friends, Superheroes and Anything on Wheels (strollers, walkers, wheelchairs, wagons) with some added surprises!
Family Fun: Bounce houses, face painting, photo booth
Details for Virtual 5K
Dates: Can be finished anytime between April 1-30, 2024
Cost: $25 individuals, $35 for a family (up to 5)
*5K participants are welcome to attend the One Mile Walk as part of their registration.
