Warm winter memories await 21 stories above the city at The Joseph’s rooftop bar and restaurant, Denim. Reserve a private outdoor cabana for the day or evening and gather around the fire with sweet or savory bites, spirited pairings, and stunning views of Nashville.

Perfect for two to six guests, Fireside experiences include your choice of two culinary offerings prepared by Chef de Cuisine Shane Midnight and Executive Pastry Chef Noelle Marchetti.

Gourmet Board and S’mores, $75 per guest

• Chef-curated cheese and charcuterie board

• Gourmet s’mores kit, featuring house-made marshmallows and Valrhona artisan chocolate

Winter Fondue, $50 per guest

• Melting pot of fondue with Emmentaler and Gruyère cheeses

• Chef-curated assortment of accompaniments, such as house-made focaccia, roasted cauliflower, cured meats, grilled beef tenderloin, and crudite

Optional tasting flights of bourbon are an additional $25-35 per guest.
