Local restaurants Blue Aster and Butcher & Bee will host a collaborative dinner featuring a one-night-only a la carte menu inspired by coastal Italian flavors on Thursday, October 26 from 5-10 p.m. inside Blue Aster at Conrad Nashville.
With dishes created special for the evening by the restaurants’ executive chefs, Andrew Rodriguez and Chris DeJesus, the menu will feature seafood-centric antipastos, pastas, entrees and more with nods to the culinary influences the pair brings to the table.
