Tigirlily Gold
Kendra and Krista Slaubaugh, the sisters behind country duo Tigirlily Gold, have been playing music together since they could walk, and officially formed their band in high school. They spent their formative years on the road, performing in their home state of North Dakota and around the Midwest before moving to Nashville where they landed a weekly residence at Dierks Bentley’s Whiskey Row. Playing four-hour sets, three to four nights a week, the sisters developed a can’t-take-your-eyes-off-them performance style that further proves and a rabid fan base. In 2021, they released their debut self-titled EP, which included the viral smash “Somebody Does.” And now the duo is embarking on a new chapter with their Monument Records backed EP Blonde. Working with producers Shane McAnally, Pete Good, and Alex Kline, Tigirlily Gold is bringing girl power back to country music with anthemic songs meant to empower women and tell their poignant and powerful stories in song.
