In a press release on Wednesday, October 7, it was announced that famed chef Sean Brock's long-awaited restaurant, The Continental, will begin its first phase of opening—which includes curbside, takeout, and delivery—on Thursday, October 8.
Located inside the newly constructed Grand Hyatt Nashville, The Continental will feature a lively and welcoming atmosphere, impeccable service, and a refined yet imaginative menu of Brock's unique takes on American classics.
On the menu, guests can look forward to standout dishes such as starters Chilled Main Lobster Salad, Short Rib Chou Farci, and a Kaluga Caviar Presentation; entrées including The Continental Prime Rib, Game Bird Pithivier, Autumn Vegetable Tarte Tatin, and Half Roasted Chicken; and sides Pommes Purée with Herb Butter and Parker House Rolls. Desserts from Pastry Chef Keaton Vasek will include a Dark Chocolate Tart and Maple & Sweet Potato Ice Cream.
Chef Sean Brock is joined by an all-star culinary and beverage team hailing from some of the country's most adored restaurants including Chef de Cuisine Colin Shane, Pastry Chef Keaton Vasek, and Wine Director Pat Wert.
