Just to Satisfy You

Ingredients:
- 2 oz Hard Truth Toasted Coconut Rum
- .1 oz Mr. Black Cold Brew Liqueur
- 1⁄2 oz Simple Syrup
- 1.5 oz 8th & Roast espresso
Directions:
- In a metal shaker tin, add ice and all ingredients.
- Shake well until ingredients create a froth.
- Double strain into a coupe glass.
- Garnish with 3 espresso beans and enjoy this twist on a classic espresso martini.

Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz of Uncle Nearest
- 3⁄4 oz lemon juice
- .375 oz Italicus
- .375 oz Blackberry Jam from Nashville Jam Company
- 3 dashes of Peychaud’s Bitters
- 5 mint leaves
Directions:
- Shake all ingredients in a shaker tin.
- Strain over 2 ounces of ginger beer.
- Garnish with fresh, local blackberries and mint leaves.
