Perenn Bakery is opening a location at 94 E. Main Street in Franklin and is scheduled to open in the spring of 2025.
Situated in the historic Boat House building, the new location will introduce artisanal baking with its handmade croissants and unique offerings to the community. The location will also host sourdough-making classes.
"Our vision for Perenn Bakery has always been about more than just baking," says founders Aubrey and Tyler O’Laskey. "It's about nurturing the community and creating a welcoming space where everyone can gather."
Aubrey and Tyler O’Laskey began their culinary journey at the Culinary Institute of America in New York. They brought their passion to Reno, Nevada where they operate two Perenn Bakery locations and Claio, a rotisserie, cocktail, and wine restaurant. They use ingredients from local farms, minimize waste, and create spaces that cater to families. Designed by Studio Meadow, the interior of the new Perenn Bakery will pay homage to Franklin's heritage, particularly the Boat House along the Harpeth River.
Perenn Bakery also has for a second Tennessee location that will serve the Nashville community in the near future.
