Among those offerings guests will find a bespoke bourbon cart, tableside caviar service, as well as an enviable vintage spirits program.
The Bourbon Cart.
Taking its whiskey offerings to the next level, Bourbon Steak has introduced its new signature tableside bourbon cart. The custom-built mobile cocktail bar features the restaurant's vast selection of hand-selected rare and fine spirits, in addition to a seasonally featured Reserve Cocktail that uses one of the bar's most unique spirit offerings, all poured tableside. The interactive and bespoke cocktail cart offers a signature imbibing experience to delight and engage even the most experienced spirit drinker. The first featured offering is the Reserve Old-Fashioned, crafted with Old Well Antique Bourbon and finished with a flaming orange for an elevated take on the classic cocktail that's perfect for cold-weather sipping.
The Caviar Service.
Adding a brand-new element to tableside luxury, Bourbon Steak has announced the debut of its signature caviar service, which features sustainable farmed and sourced Regiis Ova Caviar. Guests have the opportunity to choose their own adventure, starting with a Southern-inspired presentation of duck-fat-cornbread madeleines and accompaniments to be served with either Domestic Royal ($175) or Imported Ossetra ($195). The tableside caviar service is presented on a gold and marble tray adorned with crystal serving-ware, and emanates the sophistication and glamour for which the modern Nashville steakhouse is known.
The Vintage Spirits Program.
Providing guests with a taste of the most iconic bottles of years past, Bourbon Steak has introduced its Vintage Spirits Program which features rare bourbon, Tennessee whiskey, and historical liquors from decades past, and even dating back to the prohibition-era. With selections from legendary brands like Jack Daniel's, Rebel Yell, and Southern Comfort, guests are able to experience changes in production methods, brand ownership, and environmental and terroir changes throughout the decades, each a true representation of their origin. A unique and nostalgic experience, the team at Bourbon Steak walks each guest through the history of the spirit and its significance. With extremely limited quantities, each bottle is offered for only a limited time.
