The exclusive new Hand Cut Chophouse is set to open this month in the new Embassy Suites by Hilton Nashville Downtown.
Well-known for offering the finest chops, burgers, unique cocktails, and more delectable items, the new restaurant, which will be open for lunch and dinner, will also be home to some of the best local live music Nashville has to offer. Hand Cut is an exclusive brand of Riot Hospitality Group, a national hospitality management company known for managing and co-creating unique restaurant, nightlife, and hotel food and beverage brands nationwide.
“Across the country, we pride ourselves on our hospitality and ensure that every customer has the best experience possible each time they enjoy one of our venues,” says Ryan Hibbert, CEO of RHG. “Hand Cut's high-energy atmosphere and trendy, design-oriented ambiance ensure an unforgettable time. Our goal is simple: to give Nashvillians and visitors the best.”
The more than 5,500-square-foot location has a large outdoor patio and world-class amenities. The Hand Cut team will use modern recipes and quality ingredients to make every dining experience unique and exciting. Dedicated to quality, Hand Cut has partnered with Greater Omaha Packing and will feature Hereford beef. The cattle are born and raised responsibly in Nebraska and have a traceable lineage that is guaranteed Angus heritage. The beef exclusively selected for Hand Cut will be premium “A” maturity and chosen based on marbling for the best quality, taste, and texture.
Along with other things like fresh sides and salads to satisfy every tastebud, there will always be a perfect pairing for any meal with a full mixology bar, local draft beers, and a worldly wine list. Nashville will be the second location for Hand Cut Chophouse. In 2016, RHG opened its flagship location in Scottsdale.
