Charleston-based Halls Chophouse has become the go-to watering hole for the aprés work set in Midtown.
Now they’re sharing the recipe for a King Street favorite cocktail that is sure to make waves on Broadway— and your at-home bar. This house-made pineapple- infused orange vodka is shaken and served in a frosty martini glass. A perfect cap to a hot late summer day. (hallschophouse.com)
THE 434
- 1:1 ratio of vodka to a ripe pineapple (1 liter of vodka = 1 pineapple)
- Peel and cut the pineapple into chunks
- Soak the pineapple in the vodka for a minimum of 72 hours—the longer the better
- Blend and fine-strain the mixture
- Shake the infused vodka with ice and enjoy!
