Monster Pancakes
Servings: 10 large pancakes
Ingredients:
- 1 bag Loveless Cafe Belgian Waffle & Pancake Mix
- 1 tablespoon food coloring
Directions:
- Prepare pancake batter according to package instructions
- Add food coloring
- Pour mixture onto your preheated griddle and cook to your liking
- Place finished pancakes to the side
For the icing...
Ingredients:
- 1 jar marshmallow cream
- Food coloring
- Candy eyes
Directions:
- Heat jar of marshmallow cream in your microwave in 10 second intervals, stirring in-between each until you reach a slime consistency
- Stir in a few drops of food coloring
- Drizzle over the top of pancake stacks, sticking on candy eyes to your liking

BBQ Pumpkin Peppers
Servings: 6 peppers
Ingredients:
- 6 orange bell peppers
- 1 pound Loveless Cafe Pulled Pork BBQ
- 1 cup potatoes, shredded
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon Loveless Dry Rub
- 1/2 cup Loveless Cafe Sweet with a Bite BBQ sauce
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F
- Rinse peppers, slice off the tops and hollow out the insides, be sure to remove any seeds and white part inside. Be sure to keep the tops of the peppers
- With a small paring knife cut out a jack-o-lantern face
- Mix together pulled pork, potatoes, cream cheese, Dry Rub, and ¼ cup BBQ sauce
- Place peppers in casserole dish. Fill each pepper with the mixture and shredded cheese, alternating layers one after the other
- Replace pepper top back on top
- Bake in oven for 25 minutes until hot and desired tenderness
- Refer to Part 2 for directions on crispy onions
- Once peppers have baked thoroughly, remove from oven and remove tops of peppers. Add crispy onions, and replace top again
- Drizzle remaining BBQ sauce over peppers and serve
For the crispy onions...
Ingredients:
- 1 yellow onion, thinly sliced
- 2 cups Loveless Cafe Fried Chicken Breading
Directions:
- Slice onion into thin pieces. Shake the onion slices in bowl of Fried Chicken Breading until covered completely
- Pour vegetable oil in frying pan and heat to 350°F
- Fry thinly sliced onions for 5 minutes
- Place onions on paper towel and set aside until ready to garnish peppers

Peach Pumpkin Pies
Ingredients:
- 2 refrigerated pie crusts
- 1 cup Loveless Cafe Peach Preserves
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 1/2 teaspoons water
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper
- Roll out your pie crust on a floured surface until dough is approximately ⅛ inch thick and cut out pumpkin shapes with a cookie cutter
- Use a knife to cut out faces into half of your pumpkin shapes for the top of each pie
- Beat egg yolk and water together to make egg wash
- Brush each bottom pumpkin with egg wash and poke holes with a fork
- Spoon about one tablespoon of peach preserves onto each bottom pumpkin
- Cover each filled pumpkin with a face side and use a fork to seal the edges
- Brush tops with egg wash and bake for approximately 12 to 15 minutes or until browned

Honey Shortbread Ghost Cookies
Servings: 3 dozen
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups butter, very soft
- 1/4 cup Loveless Cafe Clover and Wildflower Honey
- 3/4 cup light brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 3 cups all purpose flour
- 3/4 cup cornstarch
- sparkling sugar
- Loveless Cafe Spiced Pecans
Directions:
- Line two sheet pans with parchment paper, set aside
- Stir softened butter until smooth and creamy. Add the brown sugar and Loveless Cafe Clover and Wildflower Honey and stir well
- Sprinkle the salt and baking powder over the top and stir to combine. Add the flour and cornstarch. Stir until flour is incorporated. The dough should be shaggy
- Turn the mixture out onto a lightly floured surfaced and press into a ball. Knead a few times until fairly smooth and then form into a ball again and press with your hands into a flat disk
- On a lightly floured work surface, roll out dough to a 1/4 inch thickness. Keep work surface, dough, and rolling pin lightly dusted with flour. Cut into ghost shapes or other desired shape and place on prepared pans. Re-roll scraps as many times as needed to use all the dough
- Place cutouts in the refrigerator for at least one hour or up to twenty-four hours. When ready to bake, heat oven to 350° F
- Remove cookies from the refrigerator. Add one Loveless Cafe Spiced Pecan to each cookie, crossing the ghost arm shapes over the cookie
- Bake for 9 to 12 minutes or until golden brown all over. Baking time will depend on the thickness of your cookies. Thicker than 1/4 inch cookies will take longer. Rotate pans halfway through for even browning. Cool completely on a wire cooling rack before serving
