Looking for a moody-meets-cozy cocktail that’s perfect for fall’s cooler evenings? Look no further than Black Velvet from Deacon’s New South.
It’s a silk smooth sipper that’s a perfect fit for spooky season. “The Black Velvet cocktail is part of Deacon New South’s fall menu offerings. “It is a luscious and inviting variation on a whiskey sour featuring High West Double Rye,
Nux Alpina Black Walnut liqueur, Amaro Montenegro, Luxardo syrup, and fresh citrus,” says Bar Manager and Sommelier Austin Hamilton. “The result is nutty and warm, filled with notes of baking spice to compliment the whiskey. Garnished with Luxardo cherries, this cocktail is perfect for the changing season.” (deaconsnewsouth.com)
