VISIONS OF SUGARPLUMS

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Nelson’s Green Brier Tennessee Whiskey
  • 3⁄4 oz lime juice
  • 1 oz vanilla spiced simple syrup
  • 3 dashes plum bitters
  • 1 egg white

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
  2. “Dry shake” with no ice to mix the ingredients, then add ice and shake hard until chilled.
  3. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with grated cinnamon and nutmeg.
