Ingredients:
- 2 oz Ketel One Grapefruit Rose
- 3⁄4 oz Lime juice
- 3⁄4 oz Eucalyptus syrup*
- Grapefruit peel
Eucalyptus Syrup*:
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Water
- 2 tbsp Dried eucalyptus
- Bring water to a boil. Remove from heat and toss in eucalyptus. Allow this to steep, like a tea, for 10 minutes. Strain out eucalyptus and add sugar. Stir until sugar is completely dissolved. Keeps for two weeks.
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients in a shaker tin, including the grapefruit peel, and shake with ice until chilled and diluted. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with a piece of fresh or dried eucalyptus.
